In a large mixing bowl add rava, atta,curd and salt . By adding enough water make thick dough and knead lightly.
Keep the dough covered and let it rest for 5 to 8 minutes.
Divide the dough into small portions and make balls.
Drizzle a little oil and spread it on the rolling area.And begin to roll it evenly from the center to a round puri in a moderate thickness
In a frying pan, pour enough oil to deep fry and let it hot.
Slide the puri carefully to the hot oil.Once puri puffs, flip it carefully. Fry on the other side as well until golden and crisp.
Serve poori with potato curry or kurma.
