Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups rava


  • 1/2 cups atta


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 2 cups oil to deep fry

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl add rava, atta,curd and salt . By adding enough water make thick dough and knead lightly.
  • Keep the dough covered and let it rest for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and make balls.
  • Drizzle a little oil and spread it on the rolling area.And begin to roll it evenly from the center to a round puri in a moderate thickness
  • In a frying pan, pour enough oil to deep fry and let it hot.
  • Slide the puri carefully to the hot oil.Once puri puffs, flip it carefully. Fry on the other side as well until golden and crisp.
  • Serve poori with potato curry or kurma.
